Can not find the tag library descriptor for

1、我们遇到的错误显示如下：

2、原因是少了jstl-1.2.jar包

3、 

将jstl-1.2.jar包粘贴复制到项目的lib文件夹下，

4、这样将项目刷新一下即可，

5、这样的话问题就解决了。
